You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

How to start a return

Email us at wilianantoniocorreaortiz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you personally with next steps — including a return address or prepaid label where applicable. Please don't send an item back before contacting us first, as unsolicited returns can't be processed.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with all original packaging and accessories included, whenever possible. If an item arrived defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, let us know right away — those cases are evaluated case by case and don't require the item to be unused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to make the funds visible on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
