Shipping policy

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

 

Processing time: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after you place them.

 

Delivery time: our products ship from a US warehouse. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. In total, expect your order to arrive in about 4–8 business days from the day you order. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays and busy periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

 

Shipping cost: shown at checkout before you pay. Taxes, if any, are also shown at checkout.

 

Tracking: when your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

 

Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at wilianantoniocorreaortiz@gmail.com and we'll try to fix it before the order ships. We can't guarantee changes once it has shipped.

 

Lost or delayed packages: if your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, contact us and we'll look into it and make it right.
